By purchasing our products you as the buyer acknowledge and agree with the following:  We do not offer Returns nor Refunds of any kind. The 14 days warranty imply Only as Repair or Replacement. There is no return or warranty for electronic or electrical parts these are sold ASIS.  In addition, as for computers, software that has been changed or altered from the initial settings do to viruses, accidents or any external factors are not covered by any warranty.
