The 14 days (from reception date) is representing a warranty that imply Only as Repair or Replacement. There is no return or warranty coverage for electronic or electrical parts these are sold ASIS.  In addition, as for computers, software that has been changed or altered from the initial settings do to viruses, accidents or any external factors are not covered by any warranty.
