- Returns Policy

All Sales are Final 

Only Returns accepted for refunds or replacement are:

1)  Wrong Item Received (all merchandise)

2)  Dead on Arrival (electronics and computers)

Items sold under warranty will be accepted as warranty returns (these items to be fixed or replaced - not as refunds, these items are not qualified for refunds)

- ORDERS - Paid Orders Cannot be Cancelled

Please read all the information or contact us about a product before ordering it, we do not offer refund except for wrong items received, once an order is paid for cannot and will not be cancelled.

- Shipping Available in the Continental US only

Packages will be Shipped at our discretion with USPS, UPS or Fedex on Mon to Fri.  All packages are well packed using plenty of packing material for items safe arrival. Sold items would be shipped  in 1 to 3 business days  after sale, unless otherwise advertised.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS: Please review your shipping address on the online order confirmation page and on the email order receipt after checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if needed to make address changes. It is not always possible to change a shipping address after the order has been processed and/or shipped. If the carrier allows a change of address after the package is in transit, the customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred.

NON DELIVERABLE PACKAGES: We are not responsible for delayed, lost , stolen or non deliverable packages for incorrect address or delivery issue. non deliverable packages returned to us can be reshipped at the cost of buyer. Shipping charges are non refundable and non transferable.  20% restocking fee will be deducted from all accepted refunds, except for wrong item received.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: All packages are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. If there is a delivery confirmation for a package but the recipient did not receive it, the customer must contact the carrier and file a claim to find the missing mail or to be compensated . We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. Signature service is available upon request to prevent package theft; please ask for signature required delivery.

SIGNATURE SERVICE DELIVERY: Carriers offer signature service delivery for an additional fee. For this service, please ask for signature service before checkout.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, SHORTAGES, INCORRECT ITEMS: Upon receipt of your package, please inspect for issues. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please send picture confirmation (by email) of damaged/defective products for our records. Items that are missing (lost) or damaged are not eligible for refund, buyer must file claim with the carrier .

If the buyer received a wrong item the return costs will be at our expense . The right item will be shipped for free.
