Item once left our facility is out of our hands, we will not be responsible for carriers, if item received is not working, obviously has internal damage or arrived with external visible damage, please file claim with the carrier we will provide support if needed.. For computers, software that has been changed or altered from the initial settings due to viruses, accidents or any external factors are not covered by any warranty.
