Our serviced products are covered by a 14 days warranty from the reception date that imply Only Repair or Replacement, no Returns. All the equipment would be tested before packing and shipping. Will do the best we can to secure packages by using good quality packing providing a good amount of packing material for safe arriving, but we cannot and will not take any responsibility for damages done by carriers.
