- Returns Policy only as follow:
1) Warranty apply only as Advertised for serviced items (please read below )
2) Wrong Item Received (all merchandise)
3) No Returns for DVDs, Blu-Rays, CDs, Computer Software and Games, Books, Magazines and all other printed items
4) No Returns for Electronic/Electrical Parts & Accessories
5) All Other Sales are final - No Refunds
AGREEMENT OF SALE
Our Serviced Products carry 14 Days Warranty from the receiving day, unless otherwise advertised.
By purchasing our products you as the buyer acknowledge and agree with
the following: We do not offer Returns nor Refunds of any kind. The 14
days warranty imply Only as Repair or Replacement for all serviced items. As for computers,
software that has been changed or altered from the initial settings do
to viruses, accidents or any external factors are not covered by any
warranty.
- Shipping Available in the Continental US only
Packages will be Shipped at our discretion with USPS, UPS or Fedex on Mon to Fri. All packages are well packed to insure safe arriving by using plenty of packing material . Will do the best to secure packages by using quality packing, but we cannot and will not take any responsibility for damages done by carriers. Sold items would be shipped in 1 to 5 (except smoked cheese on Mondays) business days after sale, unless otherwise advertised.
ADDRESS: Shipping address used will be as the one registered with paypal where payment is accepted. It is not
always possible to change a shipping address after the order has been
processed and/or shipped. If the carrier allows a change of address
after the package is in transit, the customer is responsible for any
additional costs incurred.
NON DELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Tibmarket is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or non deliverable packages for
incorrect address or delivery issue. non deliverable packages (for wrong or faulty address) returned to
us can be reshipped at the cost of buyer. Shipping charges are non
refundable and non transferable. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted
from all accepted refunds, except for wrong item received.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
All packages are shipped with tracking number and at customer request delivery confirmation signature which is available at the carriers for an extra fee.
Tibmarket is not responsible for missing items (lost by carriers) or simply stole it, you must contact carrier. We do not offer refunds
for lost or stolen packages.
If the buyer received a wrong item the return costs will be at our expense . The right item will be shipped for free.
For Smoked Cheese
Disclaimer:
We are selling a perishable item that will be shipped wrapped in cheese
cloth, plastic bag and will be packed with additional thermal insulator
material for safe arrival. Product will hold very well due to the
natural ability of smoked product to sustain freshness. When the product
leaves our facility it is guaranteed to be fresh and up to code.
However, it is your decision to consume or not to consume food
presenting signs of degradation. We will not be held responsible for the
consumption of cheese that has been spoiled. If shipping takes a lot
longer than expected and product may presents sings of degradation you
may not consume it.
There are no returns accepted.
- We are shipping only in the Continental United States.
Orders will be shipped once a week on Mondays before noon ET, orders received after this time will be shipped next following Monday.
